Japan continues preparations for Hagibis Typhoon, the biggest typhoon of the last 60 years, rugby matches, Formula 1 canceled, risk areas evacuated, stocks in supermarkets melted, flights and trains closed, measures taken in factories that are likely to be damaged. Tokyo residents were advised to stay away from the streets when the storm came.
Although the storm is over the sea, it hit Chiba badly in eastern Tokyo, damaged houses and turned the cars upside down.
